How To Connect Values with Brand Strategy

Who Do You Want to Impact?

If your business is already established, ask yourself if you are already helping the people you want to impact. If so, build a buyer or user persona that includes them to investigate. If not, determine why not and if you can help them down the line based on your current user personas.

If your business is not already established, you have the freedom to work the people you want to impact into your user personas. Just allow yourself the space to adjust if your research determines that they are not the right audience for your brand.
