Three Weeks of Networking, Training, and Support
Networking is hard. Until it isn’t.
Building relationships is essential to any business and much more so for small businesses and the self-employed. A skilled relationship builder is a priceless asset, so small business owners, freelancers, and consultants have to develop this skill for themselves. We’re here to help.
Our networking boot camp is for anyone struggling to keep track of, organize, or leverage their networking leads. With three weeks of focused dedication to building processes that work for you and your team, you can start generating and converting more leads with less mess and confusion.
Our Approach to Networking
If you’ve already started your business, then you’ve already started networking.
People often associate networking with events or social media, so it’s easy to forget that everyday business interactions are networking too. The people you email, talk to, and meet while representing your business are all potential leads.
So, this is where we begin – with you. We begin developing a simple brand strategy that works for you at our very first meeting. Then, you get to test it the very next day at an online speed networking event. Why speed networking? So, you get as much practice as you can fit into an hour.
The rest of the boot camp is spent refining and practicing this strategy to make sure it works for your long term.
Training and Support for Networking Strategy
With great strategy comes great responsibility.
Developing the best strategy in the world won’t help you if you can’t execute it. So we train you on the tools and resources you need to execute your strategy. In weeks two and three of the boot camp we introduce you to the client relationship management, email marketing, and social media strategies and resources you need to build long-term relationships with your leads.
Finally, each Friday, we hold open office hours from 12:00-4:00 PM Eastern Time so you receive one-on-one support to perfect your strategy based on your individual needs.

Getting Started with Contact Management: CRM Basics Overview
Build your brand on your terms with #BeautifullyStrategic Executive Training. Designed to build (or rebuild) a values-based brand foundation + the strategy to support it long term.
Custom Executive Branding Essentials
#BeautifullyStrategic Executive Branding Essentials is a 6-part brand strategy workshop that guides executives, organizers and leaders through the core pillars of brand building. From values and vision to marketing and sales infrastructure, each session is consultant-led, blending coaching with practical brand strategy so you leave with clarity, documented decisions, and next steps instead of abstract theory.
In this series, you meet privately with Brand Strategist (and serial entrepreneur)Â @RogeraMTM, who developed the mission-driven, #BeautifullyStrategic method. You receive value-based strategy guidance with personalized guides, video tutorials, and progress reports that keep your growth aligned with both your goals and your actual capacity.
Beyond Basic Brand Identity
This training goes beyond logos and visuals to help you build a brand that lasts in the real world. Executives are guided through clarifying a positioning, understanding an audience, and shaping offers, pricing, and experiences that reflect brand values while meeting market needs.
Executives also work on the relationship side of brand building—how to show up, communicate, and nurture trust with customers, collaborators, and communities online and offline.
The FlowWell Branding Method behind MTM Executives ensures your strategy is both human-centered and sustainable, so it can grow with you instead of burning you out.
Custom Tech, Tools and Experienced Guidance
Throughout the series, executives receive curated introductions to tools, resources, and people that match team goals, tech comfort level, and budget. Instead of forcing a one-size-fits-all tech stack, training focuses on using the right tools in the right way for each team’s specific workflow—whether the executive is a solopreneur or leading a growing team.
Get professional insight into what to manage yourself and what to delegate, including when it makes sense to bring in collaborators from The MTM Network or elsewhere. Choose flexible dates to progress when the entire team is ready. Plus support between sessions, reinforced with practical assets like custom tutorials, worksheets, and checklists so you can implement at your own pace without losing momentum.
A Schedule for Success
To fit executive schedules, the workshop is structured as two 1-hour sessions per month for three months, with flexibility to adjust timing around your calendar. This pacing keeps you moving forward while leaving space between meetings to implement, test, and refine what you are learning.
Expect interactive coaching blending reflection exercises, strategy discussions, and actionable outputs you can apply immediately—leaving each call with documented decisions and clear next steps.
Meeting 1: Intros and core valuesÂ
This session begins with a review of the onboarding form for context, then uses our core values template to identify lived, aspirational, admired, and operational values, defining brand standards that guide all future decisions.
Meeting 2: Purpose, vision, and mission
Next, we begin to define the brand’s “why” through storytelling. By articulating a compelling purpose, long-term vision, and mission aligned with its values, we differentiate the brand from others for market impact.
Meeting 3: Target market, research, and pricing
We begin to identify the ideal audience using our tried and tested research frameworks. These exclusive tactics validate needs and craft value-based pricing/offers to develop a unique brand positioning.
Meeting 4: Building The Right Relationships
We develop strategies for authentic connections online and offline. Strategies include audience nurturing, collaboration tactics, and trust-building rooted in core values.
Meeting 5: Sales and marketing resourcesÂ
Teams explore team-centered sales and marketing resources to make final decisions on self-management vs. delegation. Introductions to collaborators and specialists are provided, as needed.
Meeting 6: Sales and marketing tools
We master workflow-matched tools (no one-size-fits-all). Custom tutorials cover implementation, scaling, and sustainability via the FlowWell Branding Method.
